Now that we have some snow on the ground, our bird feeder has been very busy. Today I was lucky enough to be home during the dinner rush. In a span of about 20 minutes, I was able to snap shots of blue jays, a cardinal, a red-bellied woodpecker, and some finches.
I really enjoy having birds at the bird feeder. The bright colors of the birds and the frantic activity really add some excitement to the bitter cold weather we’ve been having lately.
