Angela and David got married and it was quite the wedding. It was my first wedding in Iowa (Dubuque, to be exact), and a big college football game weekend with the UW Badgers going up against the unbeaten Hawkeyes. I brought along my Bucky shirt, but was quick to hide it as the Hawkeyes kept their unbeaten streak alive. It’s hard to be in enemy territory.
The day was full of firsts for me. Not only was it my first wedding in Iowa, but it was the first time I got stung by a bee while taking pictures (in the ass, nonetheless!), and it was the first time doing a wedding at a winery (not too many wineries in the Midwest). All in all, the wedding was a blast. And to top things off, I get to do another wedding in Iowa next year for the Angela’s brother. I’m looking forward to another great party in Iowa!
