Yellow Bike Cottage Transformation
Using cool coastal blues and crisp white accents, this 1990s cottage was transformed into a modern, inviting retreat. Gray-blue vinyl and cedar shake siding give the home an updated look without breaking the budget. Composite wood trim, baseboards, and deck skirting ensure low maintenance, while the new modern railing opens up stunning lake views. Gray composite decking and matte black light fixtures add a contemporary, nautical touch. Cheers to a fresh new look for Yellow Bike Cottage!

The Yellow Bike Cottage garage was our first project built completely from the ground up. We managed surveying, drainage, excavation, and foundation and driveway prep. Once the site was ready, we partnered with local Green Lake builder Loberg Homes & Builders to bring our design vision to life.

The Sebring Design & Remodeling Project
For this project with Oak & Stone, I used Photoshop to create design renderings that allowed the clients to visualize options before construction. The top-left image shows the selected concept, the bottom-left is the “before,” and the right image is the completed remodel. Providing visual options streamlined decision-making and saved both Oak & Stone and their client time and money.
